Class Assignment
Create a three day calendar to include healthy choices. Use the example to the right as a guide. Each day must have what time you wake up, breakfast, school, lunch, snack, a different type of physical activity, dinner, homework, social if you choose, and bedtime. At the end of each day calculate total hours of sleep, total hours of physical activity, and total number of meals.
Your next challenge is to follow the healthy choices calendar that you created. For three days, starting tomorrow, you will follow the calendar. At the bottom of the calendar write a one paragraph reflection on how you felt about the day. Did you feel refreshed from the amount of sleep you got? Do you feel relaxed, confident, etc from the physical activity? Did you feel that you had an adequate amount of energy? There is no right or wrong answer. Just honest reflection. |
