Nervous System Pathology Presentation Project
You are going to be assigned a Nervous System Pathology Project. Your project will be to create a Weebly page for a given pathology. You will have all class today to research the necessary information for your pathology using an iPad. Friday, we will go to the computer lab for you to add/create your Nervous System Pathology page. A sample page will not be provided for you. You all are responsible seniors/juniors. Be sure you have thoroughly included everything listed below. Be sure to be creative (10 points). Be sure to proofread for typos (-3 per typo). Be sure to cite your resources (-10 if not cited). Finally Nervous System Weebly is due Monday, November 3rd. You may work on it over the weekend at any location that has the Internet by going to www.studentweebly.com and logging in.

- Epidemiology within the United States (how prevalent/common is this and in what population/age groups), 5 points
- Signs and Symptoms, 5 points
- Explore 2 possible treatment options and how each works, 15 points
- What are the side effects of each treatment? 15 points
- At least two pictures, 10 points
- Is there a non-profit organization that raises money to fund research for that pathology or a support group? If so...
- Name of organization, 5 points
- How much money do they raise/contribute a year? 5 points
- What does that money go towards? 5 points
- How can someone make a donation or support? 5 points
- Do they have special fundraising events or support groups, if so what are they? 5 points
